John Moore

John is a finance veteran with over 32 years’ experience in secondary equities and equity Capital Markets. In 2001 John became one of the founding partners in Execution Limited which was sold to Portuguese Bank Espirito Santo in 2010. After leaving in 2011, John set up his own advisory business culminating in JMC Law, which involved him in litigation funding on both sides of the Atlantic. John’s vast network of contacts and introducer network has seen the corporate franchise go from strength to strength.

Mark started his career with the international law firm Allen & Overy, gaining a first rate transactional and corporate law background. Mark subsequently joined the innovative firm Spring Law - advisers to growth companies, their owners and investors. With over fifteen years’ experience Mark has lead acquisitions, raises, restructurings and disposals. Mark’s management role at JMC Law is invaluable with a firm grasp on the firm’s day to day business activities.
